The son of Gilgo Beach victim Valerie Mack has filed a sweeping civil lawsuit targeting accused killer Rex Heuermann, his ex-wife Asa Ellerup, and daughter Victoria Heuermann — alleging murder, concealment, and that the women collected more than $1 million in media earnings while his mother’s estate went uncompensated.
