Oceanside driver drank whiskey before fatal parkway crash, records show

Diana Kutateladze is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and DWI in the fatal Southern State Parkway crash on Sunday. Her husband Temo was a passenger in in her SUV and is in critical condition.

An Oceanside woman pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail Tuesday in the fatal Southern State Parkway DWI crash that killed a Westbury church pastor and his wife. Records show she admitted to drinking whiskey before the crash.
