Blue Point to introduce Pride-themed ‘Shore Thing’ cans at Alive After Five

|

Blue Point Brewing is going all-in on Pride Month.

Not only does summer’s first installment of Alive After Five on June 27 carry a Pride theme, the village’s big brewery is also sharing a message of inclusivity — through beer.

Blue Point is releasing an exclusive design of their “anytime, anywhere Shore Thing lager.”

“To remind everyone that we all have the right to be ourselves… anytime, anywhere,” reads an announcement.

The exclusive can design will be available at select locations in the New York area in June, starting at Patchogue’s June 27 Alive After Five pride celebration.

A portion of proceeds from the beer sales will be donated to the LGBT Network in support of the Long Island LGBTQIA+ community.

Blue Point is owned by international parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev, which purchased the company in 2014. Click here for additional Blue Point coverage.
