Lynch parents invited Emily Finn over to console son over breakup the day he killed her, lawsuit says

Emily Finn’s parents sued Austin Lynch’s parents and maternal grandparents in Suffolk County Supreme Court, alleging negligence over an unsecured firearm, prior knowledge of Austin’s violent behavior toward Emily, and a fraudulent property transfer made two weeks after the killing.
