Mavi Grill’s next chapter: new home, beer and wine, and a story rooted near Turkey’s Black Sea coast

After 13 years in a converted deli on North Country Road, Mavi Grill is relocating to a brand-new plaza on Route 25A at the foot of Mount Sinai High School — complete with a wine and beer license, a rebrand, and owner TJ Kola’s remarkable path from Turkey to Long Island.
