BrickHouse Brewery in Patchogue celebrated its 20th anniversary with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday night on West Main Street.
“We never had a grand opening celebration; there wasn’t any ribbon-cutting. It was just like, can we open? OK, we’re open.” BrickHouse manager Lauren Rothe had told greaterpatchogue.com.
“We really want to have a big event for the owners.”
