Emack & Bolio’s ice cream store will be open within just days, and GreaterMoriches.com was in the shop for employee training day this week to capture a taste of what’s to come in the King Kullen-anchored shopping plaza on County Road 111 in Manorville.
This is Long Island’s very first Emack & Bolio’s, a Boston-base ice cream store chain with 18 other shops across the country and a couple of dozen in southeast Asia.
