A second-prize-winning ticket for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing was sold in Valley Stream, the New York Lottery announced.
The lucky ticket, worth $1 million, was purchased at Coldcut Express, located at 507 Dubois Ave.
Mega Millions players select numbers from a field of one to 70, with a separate Mega Ball drawn from a field of one to 25. Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m.
The winning numbers in Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing were 36, 43, 52, 58 and 65; the Mega Ball was 16.
