The YMCA played host to the annual 5K in Memory of Judi on Saturday morning in Bay Shore.

The 5K fundraiser runs in honor and in memory Judi Shesh, who was a YMCA preschool teacher.
Shesh lost her second battle to breast cancer in April of 2001, at 41.
Race proceeds benefit women in the community who are battling breast cancer. Those in need can apply through the Great South Bay YMCA. The process is confidential.
