U.S. News & World Report has just listed the St. Joseph’s College online bachelor’s degree program as one of the best in the country.

St. Joseph’s, with campuses in Patchogue and Brooklyn, landed in a six-way tie for 126th among 1,200 programs that were evaluated by the magazine.

The fully online program was launched at St. Joseph’s two years ago.

“With its inception in 2015, SJC Online began offering students a pragmatic pathway to achieving their goals, with the same commitment to engaged learning that SJC has demonstrated for over a century,” Jack Calareso, the school’s president, said in a statement. “We are very proud to have our online programs recognized for their great quality and reputation.”

This was the first time St. Joseph’s was included in the U.S. News & World Report online rankings, though the magazine did name the college as one of the nation’s top colleges in the Regional Universities–North category (T-11) and one of the Best Colleges for Veterans in the north.
