“We let our imagination run with this menu,” said Gary Huether, Jr., the president of Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar.

Arooga’s issued a press release this week announcing a new weekend brunch menu that runs every Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting Jan. 28.

The brunches will be available at Arooga’s locations in Pennsylvania and Patchogue.

Arooga’s has 16 locations in the Northeast, from New Jersey to Massachusetts.

The 7,300-square-foot Arooga’s opened in Patchogue in August at the prominent northwest corner of Main Street and Ocean Avenue — in the New Village at Patchogue apartments and retail complex.

The places packs in over 100 televisions and offers 44 beers on tap.

The new Weekend Brunch menu will feature brunch drinks and breakfast/lunch staples such as specialty omelettes, as well as other offerings like breakfast pizza and breakfast boli.
