The Patchogue River transformed into a Winter Wonderland over the weekend.
That was the theme of this year’s Patchogue Christmas Holiday Boat Parade, which returned Sunday for its annual outing.
About 25 boats participated this year, with the best ones winning awards.
Among the best spots to the watch boats sail in from the Great South Bay were at Sandspit Marina at the Davis Park Ferry Terminal and the Fire Island National Seashore Watch Hill Ferry Terminal, as well as all the waterfront restaurants — Off Key Tikki, Harbor Crab Co., The Oar Steak & Seafood Grille and Drift 82.
