Thursday is move-in day at Port Jefferson’s most ambitious apartments project to date, The Shipyard at Port Jefferson Harbor.
To celebrate, The Shipyard hosted a welcome party that also served as a sneak peek for its incoming residents and prospective residents. (Scroll down for photos.)
The Shipyard, located at 201 West Broadway, consists of 112 apartments, a gym, clubhouse and a sprawling courtyard with four barbecues, a fire pit and turf fields for lawn games or lying out.
There’s also a massive parking garage that features a dog-washing station.
“This is class-A living,” Robert Kent of Tritec Real Estate, The Shipyard’s developers, previously told GreaterPortJeff.
Monthly rents range from $2,844 to $4,183.
