Police: Man used stolen credit card at South Setauket Target

Suffolk police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man they say used a stolen credit card in South Setauket last month.

The suspect (pictured above) used the credit card about 4:20 p.m., Dec. 26, at Target on Pond Path.

The card was stolen from a vehicle outside LA Fitness in Smithtown earlier that day, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with such information should contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
