Cops: Man swiped $600 worth of cigarettes from Miller Place Speedway

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man they say stole merchandise from a Miller Place gas station in December.

The suspect made off with about $600 worth of cigarettes on three separate occasions between Dec. 5 and Dec. 7 at the Speedway at 370 Route 25A, according to police.

The man appears in the surveillance image released by police.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
