Another fashion boutique is headed to New Village at Patchogue.
The Shoppes at New Village and TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., announced Friday they will soon be welcoming THRED Clothing Boutique to the mixed-use residential and retail complex off West Main Street.
“THRED Boutique is a men’s and women’s urban street casual clothing shop,” the announcement reads. “THRED provides hand-selected fashions with an eye toward trendy styles of today’s sophisticated shopper.”
THRED has signed a lease for more than 1,500 square feet of space at 7 Village Green. The shop’s north-facing side fronts Lake Street. It’s expected to open later this summer.
The news follows this spring’s opening of the neighboring Say More Boutique on Havens Avenue in New Village. (See below for more of what’s coming.)
TRITEC’s $110 million, 291-residential unit complex opened in 2014. New Village also offers 46,100-square-feet of restaurant and retail space on its ground floor.
Schuckman Realty represented New Village and TRITEC in the deal with THRED.
The retail spots at New Village are filling up fast, according to the announcement:
“There are only a few stores left, with more shops opening this fall.”
