Photos: Over a thousand people attend ‘Back the Blue’ rally in Hauppauge

Over 1,000 people packed the H. Lee Dennison Building in Hauppauge on Sunday, Oct. 4, for a “Back the Blue” rally.

The pro-police event was organized by the Suffolk and Nassau PBAs — it was also supported by other law enforcement associations and unions from the New York-Metropolitan area.

During the rally, there were guest speakers who combatted anti-law enforcement rhetoric, while also showing support for reelecting President Donald Trump.
