Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience insists that their audience choose the music.
The Beatles tribute band puts their fans in control. It’s a unique concert experience that they will bring to the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts on Sunday, Nov. 3.
Featuring brothers Billy, Matthew and Ryan McGuigan, and their band, the show relies on the audience to choose the entire set list.
Here’s how it works …
Before the show 7 p.m. show at the Patchogue Theatre, audience members are asked to fill out a request card with their name, favorite Beatles song, and the reason behind their choice. The cards are collected minutes before the performance begins and a custom setlist is created based on the audience’s requests.
Throughout the night, the band weaves the audience’s personal stories, and the McGuigans’ own heartfelt memories attached to the Beatles’ music, into the performance. The result is a one-of-a-kind narrative that makes every show different.

What they’re saying about Yesterday and Today
“Smart enough not to tamper with the original class act, Billy and fellow musicians don’t mess around with English accents…and they don’t wear The Beatles’ wigs or cut their hair like The Beatles. However, they do deliver The Beatles’ music in a BIG way.”
–Joanne Greco Rochman, Republican American“Foot-stomping, clapping in union, singing along and outright screaming from the audience, especially during the all-out panic that erupted when a little ditty named “Revolution” was played!”
– David Williams, Omaha City Weekly“So much more than a Beatles Tribute. It is not just music… it is so much more than that.”
