Wheatley Heights man charged with raping two 14-year-old girls, prosecutors said.

A 26-year-old Wheatley Heights man has been indicted on charges he raped two 14-year-old girls after contacting them through Snapchat — including a sex encounter inside a TJ Maxx bathroom in South Setauket, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Prosecutors said Kemuel St. Juste also picked one of the girls up from her middle school and had sex with her in the backseat of his car. Months after, he approached a different 14-year-old girl at Smith Point Beach before later sexually assaulting her in a Port Jefferson parking lot, the district attorney’s office said.

St. Juste is charged in the indictment with three counts of second-degree rape, one count of attempted second-degree rape and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to authorities. He was arraigned Feb. 13 before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen M. Wilutis.

Snachat used to exploit teens

Suffolk District Attorney Raymond Tierney said St. Juste “used Snapchat to target and exploit underage girls in our community.”

“The charges detail a disturbing pattern of grooming and sexual assault against vulnerable minors, whom he is alleged to have manipulated,” Tierney added.

With this indictment, St. Juste is now a defendant in at least three ongoing criminal cases in Suffolk and Staten Island involving allegations of rape and other sexual misconduct, court records indicate.

Tierney said St. Juste used the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy” to “quick-add” one of girls in December 2024. On Dec. 27, the two met at a TJ Maxx store in South Setauket, where he allegedly had sex with her in a bathroom inside the store.

In early January 2025, authorities said, St. Juste allegedly picked the same girl up from her middle school and had sex with her again in the backseat of his car. He is charged with rape in both instances, authorities said

During another encounter that month, when the girl asked him to obtain a pregnancy test for her, he allegedly tried to have her perform oral sex on him, prosecutors said. The girl later told her mother she believed she was pregnant.

Husband accused of fatal stabbing in Farmingville pleads not guilty

It was during June 2025, Tierney said, that St. Juste allegedly approached the other victim at Smith Point Beach and asked her to add him on Snapchat using the same “k3mnyy” handle.

After communicating through the app, the two met on June 28, and he allegedly drove her to a parking lot in Port Jefferson where he had sex with her. Prosecutors said St. Juste knew the teen was a high school sophomore.

St. Juste is being held in jail on $750,000 cash bail, $3 million bond or $7.5 million partially secured bond.
