Oceanside woman, 44, cleaning business owner, missing for fourth day

A 44-year-old Oceanside woman who owns a local cleaning service has been missing since the early hours of Sunday, police said.

Authorities were not notified of Amanda Williams’ disappearance until Tuesday evening, about two and a half days after she was last seen in Oceanside.

Williams, a Lynbrook High School alumna who studied communication studies at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, is described as 5-foot-10, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Williams owns Amanda’s Standard Cleaning Services, which provides service in Nassau and Queens.

Detectives from the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad are asking anyone with information to call 516.573.7347 or 911. All tips will remain anonymous.
