The Friends of Lakeview Cemeteries and Protecting the Environment in Patchogue (PEP) Committee are getting the graveyard at Lakeview Cemetery ready for Halloween.
The Patchogue nonprofits are hosting a Halloween-themed cleanup for the historic cemetery located on West Main Street in Patchogue this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Volunteers will spend the morning collecting trash and trick-or-treating around the cemetery.
Attendees are encouraged to dress up in a Halloween costume.
