Adventureland announces price freeze for upcoming season

Adventureland says it’s putting a freeze on the price of fun this summer.

The Farmingdale amusement park — now just weeks away from opening for the 2025 season — has announced that all ticket prices will be the same as they were in 2024. Park officials said Adventureland is freezing its admission rates, group rates, season pass rates and birthday party rates.

“At a time when everything around us is going up, we are proud and excited to be able to provide our guests this price freeze on admission,” said Jeanine Gentile, Adventureland park manager.

“We are still making additions to the park, so you will definitely see some great changes for this upcoming season,” she continued. “But one thing that will not be changing is the admission prices for the 2025 season.”

General admission tickets (for ages 2-24) for the park are $49.50; tickets for adults 25 and older are $39.50. A general admission season pass is $185, while the adult, 25-and-over price is $120. Birthday party packages start at $32.50 per person with a 25-person minimum.

Three new attractions

Along with the price freeze, the amusement park has added a new ride, Wave Twister, and two outdoor games, Wave Blaster and Jungle Run. Additionally, the park is now offering payment plans through FlexPay for online orders of $100 or more. The option lets visitors book tickets and purchase season passes online and pay over time.

The park, which opens on March 22, is already selling daily tickets and season passes are online.

Adventureland is in the second phase of a multi-year, five-phase $15 million redevelopment. The plans include installing three new concession stands and a third restroom facility. Especially exciting is the highly-anticipated new family ride, ‘Wave Twister,’ scheduled to open this spring.
