Bay Shore’s biggest block party is making its return.
The beloved Alive by the Bay street festival series is back for summer 2025, and the dates are locked in: July 1, July 15, July 29, and Aug. 12 — all Tuesdays, running from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Town of Islip gave the green light, and Main Street will once again be shut down for the festivities, which include live music, food and drink specials, vendors, and family-friendly fun.
The event is run by the Bay Shore Restaurant Committee and has grown every year since it first launched in 2017. In recent years, organizers added a fifth date — and that’s happening again this summer.
