Babylon Burger and its build-your-own burger concept is opening on Friday, Feb. 16.
The owners of the new burger-focused restaurant have spent over a month remaking the former One West Main restaurant space.
“Really it has been a total transformation,” said co-owner Roy Feicco. “When you walk in people who see it are going to be very impressed. It wasn’t a paint and wallpaper job.”
The restaurant will open for business at 11:30 a.m. seven days a week.
