A week-long promotion featuring discounted prices on goods and services from select Babylon Village retailers, salons, and spas is returning in January.
It’s the return of Babylon Beauty Week.
Now in its eighth year, the week-long event kicks off on Monday, Jan. 20, and runs through Saturday, Jan. 25.
The promotion was created by Sara Letosky of Girasole Salon in collaboration with the Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s a way to treat yourself after all the holiday shopping everyone does,” said Nancy Iglesias-Gillen, president of the Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce. “It’s been a great success and seems to be gaining even more momentum this year.”
The chamber has set up a directory on its website for shoppers to browse the participating locations. According to Iglesias-Gillen, some participants will offer the same promotion throughout the week, while others will feature daily specials.
