Burgerology is officially serving up its burgers and its Instagram-worthy shakes in Stony Brook.
Maria Galatoulas, manager of Burgerology Huntington, confirmed to GreaterPortJeff that the rapidly expanding, family-owned and operated restaurant chain, launched in Stony Brook last month.
It the company’s sixth location on the island.
Burgerology Stony Brook is located 2302B Nesconset Highway in a location that formerly held Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.
“We literally love Stony Brook, everything about it is absolutely amazing,” Galatoulas said. “The people and the town have been so welcoming and made us feel right at home!”
Principal owner Eddie Galatoulas says the Stony Brook Burgerology is among the family’s biggest Burgerologys at 3,400 square feet.
The Stony Brook location features an outdoor seating area with covered seating, heaters, TVs, and a sound system.
The Galatoulas family of Bellmore other Burgerology locations are in Astoria, Rockville Centre, Syosset (an express location), Huntington, and Patchogue.
