Cabo Fresh’s new location in Centereach is now open

Cabo Fresh is up and operating in its newest location in Centereach.

The restaurant, described on its website as a “fast-casual, inspired Mexican grill,” opened on Monday an employee confirmed to GreaterPortJeff over the phone. It’s located at the newly-renovated shopping center, New Village Plaza at 1759 Middle Country Road.

This will be the company’s fourth spot, with sister locations in Stony Brook, Commack and Smithtown.

Cabo Fresh includes a variety of popular Tex-Mex options, such as burritos, tacos, and nachos.

“Eating well should be easy, accessible, and affordable,” reads a statement by the restaurant online. “We believe in cooking from scratch using whole, fresh ingredients every day.”
