One of the region’s most renowned chefs is throwing a summer bash in Stony Brook — and everyone’s invited.
Guy Reuge, a six-time James Beard Awards semifinalist, among many other notables, will be hosting Chef Guy’s 9th Annual Pig Roast on Friday, Aug. 4, from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. outside Mirabelle Restaurant and Tavern at the Three Village Inn.
Aside from an extensive menu (see below), the pig roast will feature live music and unlimited wine, beer and sangria. Tickets are just $75+ for adults and $35+ for children under 10.
