Chefs announced for ‘Island to Table’ outdoor dinner fundraiser

island to table croppedThe chefs have been finalized and tickets are now available online for Patchogue’s first-ever Island to Table fundraiser July 31. 

Tickets are $150 each for the six-course dinner outdoors, which will showcase Suffolk County-sourced fish, shellfish, produce, meat, and poultry.

Four chefs — hand-picked by the organizers and listed below — will be making an entrée and appetizer, with a fifth chef making dessert.

Island to Table, being presented by Homegrown Change in conjunction with the Greater Patchogue Foundationwill be staged within the New Village at Patchogue apartment complex.
