Comedy icon Adam Sandler to perform at UBS Arena in Elmont

The Sandman is coming to Long Island.

Actor and comedian Adam Sandler is returning to the stand-up comedy scene with a 15-date headlining live tour — and Belmont Park is on his list.

Sandler is scheduled to perform at Elmont’s UBS Arena on Oct. 27 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m.

Doors open for “Adam Sandler Live” at 7 p.m. and according to the UBS Arena website, a special guest is expected to make a surprise appearance.

This is Sandler’s first tour since 2019 when he launched the “100% Fresher” tour, which ended abruptly in early 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
