Crumbl Cookies is getting ready to open its next Suffolk County location.
The popular dessert chain is slated to open in mid-August at The Shops at SunVet in Holbrook, according to the franchise owners.
The new shop will be located at 5801 Sunrise Highway, Suite 3-125, inside the redeveloped shopping center.
The Holbrook location will be owned and operated by husband-and-wife franchisees Malay and Riddhi Patel, who also run Crumbl stores in Stony Brook and Massapequa.
The Patels opened their Stony Brook location in December, marking the cookie chain’s first shop in Suffolk County.
Now, they are preparing to expand farther south with their third Crumbl franchise.
The Holbrook store is currently hiring ahead of its planned opening. Those interested in applying can view available positions through Crumbl’s online jobs page.
Founded in 2017, Crumbl has grown into a national dessert phenomenon, fueled in part by its massive following on TikTok and Instagram.
The chain is known for its oversized, freshly baked cookies and rotating weekly menu. Each Sunday, Crumbl unveils a new lineup of limited-time flavors, while its classic Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie remains a regular offering.
“What first drew us to Crumbl was its commitment to quality, creativity and constant innovation,” the Patels previously told Greater Long Island. “With new flavors every week and something delicious for everyone, Crumbl is a place where families can make sweet memories together and friends can gather for a fun, feel-good treat.”
An official grand opening date for Crumbl’s Holbrook location has not yet been announced.
