Daisy’s Nashville Lounge is coming to Miller Place

|

Southern charm and live country music are set to arrive in Miller Place in early 2024 as Daisy’s Nashville Lounge, the popular Patchogue bar/restaurant, is set to make its debut in the area.

Owners Brian Adams and Tim McCarthy of Daisy’s are bringing their Nashville-inspired establishment to the former Recipe Seven location in the North Country Plaza.

They introduced this concept to Long Island in 2020 when they opened in the former Hoptron Brewtique on Patchogue’s Main Street, driven by their shared passion for Nashville country music.

Daisy’s is known for its honky-tonk atmosphere, rustic decor, Down South-inspired cocktail and food menus, and the continuous play of country tunes throughout the bar.

In their search for a second location, Adams and McCarthy prioritized a venue with more room for dancing and even more live music. They found Recipe Seven, which shuttered this summer after a seven-year run in Miller Place.

“Our new location offers double the space, accommodating bigger bands and performers from Nashville,” said McCarthy, who also owns longstanding Centereach bar McCarthy’s Pub.

The plan for this new establishment includes hosting live music five times a week, featuring DJs six times a week, and offering country karaoke, country trivia, and community fundraisers.

“We’re very excited to be on the North Shore, joining the restaurants and businesses of Miller Place and its neighboring towns,” added McCarthy. “We are confident that our concept of dining in our restaurant and staying for some upbeat nightlife.”
