David Foster, Paul Reiser among headliners at Staller Center this fall

|

The Staller Center for the Arts in Stony Brook is rolling out a packed Fall 2026 season — and if you like your nights out with a mix of big names and something a little different, this lineup might be worth a look.

Tickets go on sale May 1, with a member presale starting April 27, giving early access to a schedule that leans heavily on recognizable talent and crowd-pleasers.

The season opens Sept. 26 with David Foster and Katharine McPhee, kicking things off with a night of hits and powerhouse vocals.

From there, the calendar moves quickly — David Sedaris brings his signature storytelling in early October, while Paul Reiser delivers a night of stand-up later in the month.

Music and performance fans will also find plenty to dig into, from jazz group The Hot Sardines to classical and chamber performances tied to the Emerson String Quartet legacy.

The schedule isn’t just concerts and comedy, either — contemporary circus company Gravity & Other Myths, a live-to-film screening of Coco, and a Queen tribute led by Marc Martel round out a more eclectic mix.

The season closes out with a holiday push, including a pops concert and a festive solo show from Broadway’s Jessica Vosk — the kind of programming that tends to sell quickly as December approaches.
