|

Long Island is getting more Champagne Papi.

Due to high demand, Drake will now be playing a second show at UBS Arena for his new tour: “All A Blur Tour – Big As The What?”

Originally set to play on just Thursday, March 14, at Belmont Park, the 6 God will now also be playing that Friday, March 15. Both shows start at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m.

About the tour

On Monday, the multi-Grammy award-winning artist announced an extension to his “It’s All A Blur Tour,” featuring over 20 shows and performances with fellow Grammy-award-winning rapper J. Cole.

Drake and J. Cole will travel across the states beginning in the new year. J. Cole, however, will not be performing on Long Island, according to a press release.

During Drake’s recent tour, which sold out 50 venues across North America, he had six shows in New York, performing at both Barclays Center and Madison Square Garden back in July.

The new shows will be among the first concerts since Drake recently dropped his eighth studio album “For All The Dogs” via OVO Sound and Republic Records. Immediately after he released the album in October, he jumped up seven spots to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart.

On Friday, Drake dropped more music, a new project called “Scary Hours 3.” Listen below.

J. Cole is featured on Drake’s new album in the songs “First Person Shooter” and “Evil Ways.”
