Emack & Bolio’s ice cream store in Manorville officially opened on Friday, May 21, and began dishing out its own uniquely flavored ice cream.
Early customers enjoyed the Beantown Buzz, an espresso ice cream with cookie crunch and chocolate covered espresso beans, and the Almond Coconut Bar ice cream, among many other Emack & Bolio’s originals.
The shop also serves up smoothies, frozen yogurt and a variety of crazy-good, non-dairy ice cream flavors.
Peter Muino and his wife Kerry of Holbrook left their longtime jobs to open what is now Long Island’s first Emack & Bolio’s in the shopping plaza anchored by King Kullen, located at 460 County Road 111. The shop will be open seven days a week.
