Coche Comedor will open on Sunday, May 5 in honor of Cinco de Mayo and will offer a la carte specials in celebration of the holiday. The restaurant will serve dinner on Cinco de Mayo from 5 – 9 p.m. The specials, subject to change, are as follows:
