Many of us feel an urgent need to do something tangible to ease the ongoing mental health crisis. There is a way you can directly help. We are rallying the community to support The Bridge Golf Outing on July 24th to raise funds for people who struggle with mental illness and addiction right here in New York.

We are actively seeking Players, Sponsors, and Donors to join us at the spectacular Engineers Country Club in Roslyn, NY, along with Knicks legend John Starks and former Yankee catcher Jim Leyritz. These sports stars are trading their basketballs and baseballs for golf balls in support of The Bridge’s mission to change lives by offering help, hope, and opportunity to the most vulnerable mentally ill in the community. In fact, you can bid in the event’s auction to play in a foursome with Starks and Leyritz, or score on other items, like signed sports memorabilia and luxury vacations.

Your support of The Bridge Golf Classic will help provide a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies.

The Bridge provides these critical rehabilitation services to over 4,000 people a year–but many more need help, especially our elderly, veterans, and disabled citizens.

We hope you rally with us to support them on July 24th as a Player, Sponsor or Spectator. The Bridge Golf Classic is an 18-hole best ball outing, and all golf packages are available, as well as tickets for non-golfers. You can also show your support by participating in the Auction or making a direct Donation. Keep in mind that all proceeds from the event benefit The Bridge and their efforts to help people with mental health challenges enjoy more productive, independent, and satisfying lives.
