Main Street will be awash in green when Farmingdale hosts its annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 15, at 2 p.m., village officials said.
The parade steps off from Northside Elementary School and proceeds down Main Street to the Village Green at 361 Main St. — bringing marching groups, local organizations and plenty of Irish spirit to the heart of the village.
This year’s Grand Marshal is Brian Harty, Farmingdale Village administrator and clerk/treasurer.
Marchers and participants should meet around 1:30 p.m. at Northside School to line up, according to the village.
Groups can contact Joe Fortuna at [email protected] or 516-293-9700 for details.
