|

There’s still time to get your tickets and plan to see Long Island’s über popular 80s love ballad cover band O El Amor tonight on Stage 317 at 317 Main Street in Farmingdale.

The masked lovers hit the stage at 9 p.m., performing the likes of “Maniac,” “Tainted Love,” “Centerfold,” and a plethora of other absolute classics from the Decade of Greed — and big hair.

Here’s what else you need to know about tonight’s show, the performers and the venue.

The band

O El Amor delivers a lively, off-beat act that widens your smile, gets your body grooving and your hands waving, and leaves you wanting more and more. Here’s a clip from 2019 of the band performing REO Speedwagon’s “Keep on Loving You” to a packed dance floor at The Warehouse in Amityville.

And here’s the masked crew pumping up the crowd at Patchogue’s former Emporium in 2017 with Real Life’s “Send Me an Angel.”
