One lucky lotto purchaser was in the right stop at the right time.
The New York Lottery confirms someone purchased a grand-prize winning ticket for the April 30 “PICK 10” drawing at Stop & Shop in Farmingville.
The prize was worth $500,014.
The lotto winner had 10 out of the 20 numbers drawn.
Here was the drawing: 08,13,15,16,25,28,31,38,42,44,46,50,57,58,62,63,68,74,75,77.
The New York Lottery is North America’s largest and most profitable Lottery, contributing $3.47 billion in fiscal year 2018-2019 to help support education in New York state, officials said. The Lottery’s contribution represents 13 percent of total state education aid to local school districts.
