Jax did it! And the whole world got to see it.
Earlier this week, Jackson “Jax” Wyss, who has cerebral palsy, scored his first-ever touchdown in the Bay Shore Youth Football league with the help of some teammates.
The video of the 11-year-old in a wheelchair scoring was posted on Facebook, reaching over 230,000 views (and counting). His score he even wound up on the national news.

“Overwhelmed, completely overwhelmed,” his mother Tonya told CBS News following the outpouring of support for her son.
Before going famous, Jax has been a longtime captain for the youth league.
In 2016, GreaterBayShore met with the captain, where he showed how he helped uplift the team.
