You can expect plenty of Instagram-worthy creations from Patchogue’s new dessert shop Cloud Nine Ice Cream & Cereal Bar.
Just ask the owners.
“So far it has been absolutely amazing,” said Matt Pesko, who recently held a grand opening ceremony for Cloud Nine this month.
Located at 38 South Ocean Avenue, customers dial up their own cereal-infused ice cream creations that could be whipped up in just two minutes using special machines, as well as regular ice cream, milkshakes, cereal bowls and other cereal-based treats.
The Port Jefferson native says patrons have been highly enjoying Cloud Nine’s specials menu which features daily creations such as an ice cream sandwich on a donut.
The mastermind behind these concoctions is Pesko’s girlfriend, Lexi Balunas.
“She keeps coming up with these new combinations, and that’s what the people keep coming for,” said Pesko. “We’re a good team.”
The shop is open Monday-Thursday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday-Saturday noon to 11 p.m., and on Sunday noon to 10 p.m.
