Over a dozen restaurants/bars in downtown Port Jefferson will be taking part in the area’s first Hot Toddy Hop Night Crawl set for Feb. 21.
The event, sponsored by the Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and the Pro-Port Jefferson Association, will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
During that time, patrons will bounce around Port Jeff, trying a tasting size of hot toddys. Some will be hot cocktails, others could be an Irish coffee, and most will include alcohol.
“Each participating restaurant or pubs will offer their own unique spin on a hot toddy,” said Lisa Harris, who owns Prohibition Kitchen and Fork & Fiddle, two locations on the crawl.
Tickets are $20 per crawler and includes a map of the participating locations (see participants below). They can be purchased online. Click here for more info.
“We want to add more events to have more activities for people in winter,” added Harris.
Also, earlier in February is Port Jeff’s Ice Festival, which runs Feb. 8-9. Learn more about the fest below.
