It’s a scenic trip when driving through the hamlet of Strongs Neck.
“When you drive in, you’re passing the harbor. There are always swans, boats and sunsets,” described Beth Hayde, a client care specialist for Amanda Eckart’s Celebrate Your Home Team.
Another impressive part of the quaint area is the affordable 3 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 bath home that sits at 22 Maple Road.
“Its a beautiful, upscale neighborhood,” Hayde said.
That ranch — built in 1968 — has been completely remodeled over the years, according to Hayde.
There are newly refinished hardwood floors throughout the house, as well as soaring cathedral ceilings and skylights.
The one-level home, which is in the Three Village School District, also has a two-car detached garage on the property.
To better showcase this house, the listing agents will be hosting a first open house this Saturday, March 10, from noon to 2 p.m.
The asking price is $595,000. Check out the full listing here.
