Greater Moriches coverage is funded in part by Peconic Bay Medical Center, a place that is here for life’s most defining moments.
It’s a beautiful day — and ice skating is back at Waterdrinker Family Farm.
Weather permitting, ice skating is open from noon to 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays all this month at the Manorville farm. It’s $10 to rent skates and skate for up to 45 minutes — if the line isn’t too long.
Waterdrinker’s ice skating rink is a synthetic ice surface, so no outside skates are allowed. When it rains, the rink will be shut down.
Masks are required at the farm, which is located at 663 Wading River Road, at the corner of Wading River Road and South Street, just south of the Long Island Expressway.
