ITA Kitchen, the popular Italian restaurant owned by Salvatore and Christina Sorrentino, recently opened its new location in East Moriches.
The Sorrentinos transformed Coral Tapas & Wine Bar spot on Atlantic Avenue into the third ITA Kitchen on the island.
The first ITA KItchen opened in Bay Shore back in 2019. The other one launched in Garden City South last year. The East Moriches location officially opened this May.
While the cuisine as similar to its sister locations, the biggest difference is the East Moriches spot features waterfront dining with 360-degree views of the Moriches Bay.
And heads up captains, the new ITA Kitchen has five boat slips at the Atlantic Cove Marina, allowing boaters to dock and enjoy a meal at the waterside establishment.
The couple will be using the new East Moriches location to serve “modern Italian fare while focusing on contemporary hospitality,” they had previously told GreaterMoriches.
“This space will be an experience like no other on the East End.”
