On Thursday, March 20, Dairy Queen will be giving away free small vanilla cones as part of its annual Free Cone Day.
“With no strings or stress attached, this day brings nothing but pure joy,” reads a promo by the ice cream fast-food joint. “Make it a family outing, grab your best bud or take yourself out on a Free Cone Day outing — there’s no wrong way to celebrate.”
The free frozen treat is available at all non-mall Dairy Queen locations while supplies last.
On Long Island, you can grab your free cone at the following Dairy Queen locations:
- 1145 Montauk Highway, Mastic
- 2846 NY-112, Medford
- 594 Middle Country Road, Saint James
- 4005 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport
- 5366 Sunrise Highway, Massapequa
The Mastic location is the newest Dairy Queen on the Island, opening on New Year’s Eve in 2022. Before that, the Saint James location launched in 2020. Recently, two locations in Levittown and Huntington have closed.
