Just Salad continues to expand on Long Island.

This week, the popular fast-casual restaurant chain held a soft opening for its fourth location on the island, this one in Huntington. The address is 350 Walt Whitman Road Unit 16.

A spokesperson for the company told Greater Long Island a grand opening is being set up for this fall, possibly in October.

In the past year, Just Salad has been actively expanding on Long Island, starting with its first location in Commack in January. Three months later, the company opened its inaugural establishment in Nassau County in Westbury, and just last month, they opened another one in Oceanside

For those unfamiliar with Just Salad, the NYC-based chain offers a menu featuring chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups, and smoothies. Just Salad is known for its sustainability efforts, offering $1 reusable bowls that include a complimentary topping with every reuse.

Founded in 2006 by longtime friends Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi, Just Salad has experienced rapid expansion, with over 70 locations currently operating in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. Additionally, the company has ventured overseas with three locations in Dubai.

While there are no other locations planned yet in either Suffolk or Nassau counties, Just Salad is looking to continue its expansion on the island, as confirmed by a spokesperson to GLI.
