Just Salad continues its rapid expansion on Long Island, recently opening a brand-new location in Plainview.
The new store, located at 373 S. Oyster Bay Road, opened on March 5 and spans just over 1,600 square feet, offering seating for 20.
This marks the seventh Just Salad location on the Island, joining stores in Hauppauge, Oceanside, Westbury, Commack, Huntington Station and Port Washington.
And there’s more on the way.
A spokesperson for Just Salad confirmed to GLI that additional locations are planned for the area, including:
- East Meadow (2411 C Hempstead Turnpike): Q2 of 2025
- Lake Grove (1995D Nesconset Highway): Q4 2025
Just Salad began its expansion onto Long Island in 2023, starting with the Commack location that January. Three months later, it opened its first Nassau County location in Westbury. Before Plainview, the most recent opening was in Port Washington this past fall.
“This opening marks another step in our mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, and we look forward to serving more guests in the area with several additional openings planned for Long Island this year,” reads a statement for a Just Salad spokesperson.
For those new to Just Salad, the menu includes 15 chef-designed salads, along with wraps, warm bowls, soups, smoothies, and a build-your-own salad option.
