The Oakdale-based Lessing’s Hospitality Group has just announced its acquisition of Division Hospitality Group, which provides food service to Catholic schools across NYC and Westchester.
The deal between both companies got done on July 31.
Division Hospitality was founded in 2017 by Nicholas Mancini, who co-managed the company with his three sisters, Nicole Cestra, Kristina Bastian, and Brianna Mancini, along with a dedicated staff, according to an announcement.
Through the agreement, Nicholas Mancini will continue to oversee the operations of Division’s Catholic schools portfolio under the leadership of Kevin Lessing, executive vice president of Lessing’s food service division.

Lessing’s, which traces its history back 130 years, is among the largest on the East Coast in its industry. The company operates 115 locations in the Northeast and Florida. That number includes 20 wedding and catering venues, 20 full-service restaurants, over 75 corporate and academic dining centers, a historic inn and a presidential yacht.
