Long Island native and now-Florida transplant Sean Hannity will be heading home Dec. 5 to host Fox Nation’s sixth annual Patriot Awards at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts in Brookville.
The host of Hannity on Fox News, who grew up in Franklin Square, will also be joined throughout the night by other Fox News personalities, such as Dana Perino, Jeanine Pirro, Jesse Watters and Steve Doocy as presenters.
The ceremony — which was held last year in Nashville, Tenn. — will honor military veterans, first responders and other inspirational everyday heroes, an announcement reads.
Awards include the “T2T Stephen Siller Back the Blue Award,” “Young Patriot,” “Salute to Service,” “Fox Weather Award for Heroism,” “Service to Veterans,” “Culture Warrior,” “Bravery,” “Courage” and “Unsung Heroes,” among others.
The award show will be streamed live on FOX Nation beginning at 8 p.m.
An encore presentation will air on Fox News Channel on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 10 p.m. Click here for tickets.
Advertisers Tunnel 2 Towers, Patriot Mobile, Golden Corral and Belfor are partnering on the event with Fox Nation, a direct-to-consumer, on-demand streaming service designed to complement the Fox News Channel.
Hannity had lived nearby in Centre Island until earlier this year when he moved to Florida, later selling his sprawling estate for $12.7 million.
He had purchased the property in 2008, according to reports.
